Module 2  (9.5 Hours)    

Assessment and Diagnosis of Complex Developmental Trauma Disorders   ($150.00)

A detailed approach to assess for complex developmental trauma disorders, including Complex PTSD, OSDD, and DID. Testing instruments will be discussed. Integrated case formulation approaches will be described. Pacing of trauma assessment, prognostic indicators, and assessing the need for specific use of psychodynamic, ego state, hypnosis, CBT, EMDR, somatic, and other treatments approaches are explored. 

Module 3 (8.5 hours)     

Stabilization Skills for Trauma-related Dissociation   ($150.00)

Specific and practical skills for therapist and client to create safety, reduce symptoms, and stabilize. Includes how to overcome trauma-related phobias, increase reflective functioning, contain overwhelming emotions and traumatic memories, improve self and relational regulation, manage dissociation and flashbacks, improve functioning in daily life and employ many other skills. 

Module 4  (7.0 Hours)   

Working with Dissociation in Complex Developmental Trauma Disorders   ($150.00)

In-depth ways to work with dissociation with an integrative, systemic approach that supports the individual as a whole person. The use of language to support integration will be included. Working with challenging dissociative parts, such as those involving anger, acting out, or regression will be emphasized. (7.0 hrs)

Module 5 (7.5 hours)    

Resolving Traumatic Memories in Complex Developmental Trauma Disorders   ($150.00)

Pacing and integration of traumatic memories are discussed, including hypnotic and other interventions, such as graduated exposure, titration techniques, hypnosis, and EMDR. Specific preparations and contraindications are described. 

Module 6 (6.5 hours)   

Special Issues and Integration in Complex Developmental Trauma Disorders   ($150.00)

Pragmatic ways to reduce and eliminate self-harm and suicidality, manage boundary issues, resistances, impasses, ethical issues, and dependency. The final phase of treatment is discussed, including approaches to trauma-related phobias of change and healthy risk-taking, the body and sexuality, and intimacy. Integration of dissociative parts is explored, including naturalistic and formal approaches.
